Lemon & Dill Yogurt is a great accompaniment to many dishes. Its cooling simplicity makes it a great addition to the orzo and the salmon.
1 c 3.5% organic yogurt
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp lemon juice
4 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
Zest from one lemon
1 tsp lemon pepper
In a medium bowl whisk together yogurt and olive oil.
Next, mix in lemon juice, grated lemon zest and lemon pepper, until combined.
Stir in dill. Chill until served.
